So here I am, where to start?
I am a veteran of no war in the USMC, a proud father to an ever growing young boy, a loving husband to my wife and a caring pet owner to my two dogs. Currently, I am working as a LPN and debating about changing careers.
This blog is here initially to document my progress on weight training. A tool to help motivate myself and share with others. Beware that random thoughts may be posted from time to time.
