Slept around 6 hours of broken sleep.
Must be excited again for the upcoming workout session.
I may need to start using ZMA again as it helped let me sleep better. maybe just use it when I sleep before a workout session.
I did feel very well when I got to the gym.
Energy level was great and ready to kick ass today.

5/3/1: C2W1D2: PC & DL: 2/8/12

C2W1D2: 2/8/12

Had a very long day yesterday and was not able to get enough rest and recovery time from the OHP session the other day.
6 solid hours of rest before today’s workout session but definitely needed much more!
Woke-up very tired and was still not 100% by the time I started my workout and felt somewhat tired still.
I was at least able to complete my minimum requirements for the day on my main lift.
Hopefully I stop this cycle of not getting enough rest soon.

PS:
I am thinking of getting myself two 45 lb plates and a rucksack to carry them on.
I walk my dogs multiple times a day and I think it would be a good conditioning to have a heavy pack while walking them.

5/3/1: C1W4D1 PC/DL: 1/23/12

Slept around 7-8 hours of sleep plus around 30-45 minute nap before I went to work.
After work I walked my dogs then went to the gym after making my son breakfast at home.
Gave myself an extra 1/2 serving of White Flood (1.5 servings total) and included 1/2 a serving of Purple Wraath in my pre-workout drink on the way to the gym.
It’s Power Clean and Deadlift day and working out after work I thought I may need the extra energy, which seems to have helped!
Today’s session felt quite amazing and learned some more about the lifts today.

Finally had a good 6-7 hours of quality sleep and it showed in today’s workout.
I was wide awake and alert the whole time.
Ate decent amount of food the day before as well.
Overall a good workout, finally!

I was really amped for the next few hours after the workout with a generally good attitude the rest of the night.

PS:
Video had some weird issue after editing so I just turned it black & white for a clearer picture.
