Week 2: 5/20/11
Today was another good workout. Woke up from a 5-6 hour sleep and then ate my Proatmeal (consisting of 1 serving WPI + 1 serving steel-cut oats + 4 strawberries).
I didn’t feel that energetic today so I added a serving of White Flood in my Intra-Workout drink (consists of 1.5 liters cold water and ice + 1 serving Purple Wraath + 1 serving Purple InTrain).
Today’s routine went well and felt great while doing it!

Squats:
Somehow the weight on the squat today felt a tad light! Think my form is good and I think I had an “AHA!” moment while doing squats on how I should keep my form better! Almost debating on a +10 lb jump next session but will only add +5 lbs so I don’t stall early 😀
Overhead Press:
I tried to use false grips on sets 1-4 and did regular grips on the 5th set. Still plagued with my hand positioning while I do this lift.
Deadlift:
Deads felt light also somehow today! Debating on a +10 lb progression on this next session. Think I may need to make sure my shoulders are more in front of the bar but otherwise I think decent form.
Pull-ups:
Decent sets. Not much to say.
Prone Bridge:
Did better this time around. Just focused on other things while I am hovering there and that seemed to help on getting the job done.
