* Think I measured the initial Forearm stat and it should probably be 10-10.5″ for Day 1.
Note:
Not a big difference for +4 weeks of working out again after a 13 week layoff.
Gained some weight BUT lost some body fat also. I’ll chalk that one as fat loss + muscle gain!
Think one of the best lessons learned here is that: When restarting, start at a MUCH lighter weight or suffer DOMS of DOOM!
Think my diet for the most part has been good except for a couple bad meals. Not as bad as it was a few months ago but better.
Going to try much harder again this next few weeks.
I registered for another 12 week Lean Body Transformation Challenge just to see what I can do!
Got sick last time and hoping I do a much better job this time around.
So the +4 weeks Body Pics and Stats will be my Day 1 for the 12 Week Lean Body Transformation Challenge!
