Week 6: Workout A (Day 9 of Transformation Challenge)

Another workout after I woke up from my 6 hour sleep but later on the day this time.
Improving on parts of my lift but still not perfect.

Lifting:

Squats:

Overhead Press:

Chin-ups:
WU
BW x 5

+40 x (3×5)

Prone Bridge:
(3x60s)

Cardio:
None

Workout Notes:

Squat:

I was going to squat facing away from the mirror but I had some guy working with me so we ended up facing the mirror.
Think my squat is ok but last sessions was better I think?
Noticed my wrist losing position on my later reps also …
I think I also barely made it to parallel on my last 2 reps on the 5th set 😦

Overhead Press:

Had some guy working with me doing Hang Cleans so I decided to try to learn ’em by starting with Hang Clean to OHP Starting Position.
My clean sucks but I think I will start doing them to start of the press to learn it better.
Was able to do all the 5×5 OHP but I don’t think my form is alright … my wrist is still bent all crazy!

Deadlift:

Still not good I think.
Maybe my 3rd and 4th rep is a little better than my last session?

Chin-ups:
Somehow I must have an energy burst because the weight on the chins felt light!
Had some random guys giving me props for doing weighted chins and called me an “Animal”!
Can’t wait for the full plate next session 😀

Prone Bridge:
Nice to have a session of PB that didn’t feel so bad.
