Note:

I was feeling bloated and thought I was getting fat so I decided to do some body measurements 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
(Normally I would do my measurements monthly with pics on 3 sides included)
Today it’s just body stats and no pics for comparison.

I was VERY surprised with the outcome!
I lost some more body fat AND gained some weight! Some parts of my body got tighter and some gained some meat.
Going to have to keep up with the training and lift hard and eat well!
Just wish I get enough rest and I am sure the progress would be even better if I did!
