I always wanted to learn how to do power cleans correctly. Always had a hard time to do it. But I can read and watch how to do it until I turn blue in the face … now it’s time to actually work on practicing it.
So I will now be using Power Cleans as part of my Warm-ups for Bent-over Rows and Deadlifts. Will start off with 3 sets of 3 reps and maybe progress to 5 sets of 3 as warm-up sets.
