New Strength Goals by October 21, 2011 (x5 reps each):


Squat:
 325 lbs
Bench Press: 230 lbs
Bent-over Rows: 225 lbs
Overhead Press: 140 lbs
Deadlift: 375 lbs

Chin-up: +75 lbs
Pull-up: +70 lbs
Dips: +90 lbs

      Thanks!
      I achieved most of my goals on after 12 weeks of SL 5×5.
      Now I am hoping to achieve ALL of my goals for this new 12 weeks.

      And I agree that goals are important.
      Its one of the most important tools for me that with my log, monthly measurements and pics and filming each and every lift when possible.
