Note:

I was given 3 weeks vacation from my work this month. One of those weeks I actually took it easy and relaxed, even ate not so well which was the last week of this month. (I actually took my family out of town for the beach the 2nd week of my vacation and why I am tanner than usual!)
I gained more than the weight I was expecting this 4 weeks considering I am actually trying to eat more due to the program.
That is probably why my body fat % is higher than I was hoping it to be.Gained some inches in a few parts and I am thinking that is muscle filling in those areas.
Some inches on my hips are more than likely contributed by my glutes getting more meat in them.
You can easily see the difference on my butt on the side view!
My thighs are getting some more meat in them also.
Also looks like some body fat that I lost in my upper body is slowly getting filled in with more meat and muscle.Achieved some decent PRs this 4 weeks also and ecstatic about getting them done!
