Week 1 Day 2: 9/28/11
Today I guess is the light day for Mad Cow.
The weights did feel very light today. Did not even bother taking my belt out of the gym bag.
I still do not like lifting on the squat rack and prefer the power cage but it was taken.

Just worked mostly on trying to get my form proper.
