Not a great start for my 1st month of Mad Cow Intermediate.
I got sick after only doing 4 sessions and ended up missing 5 sessions due to illness and recovery. But I started again as if I didn’t miss any sessions and turns out to be a good gamble as my strength did not diminish much during the time I was away from the weights.
I am currently on a bulking stage and trying to reach 200 lbs by December 18, 2011.
Gaining some body fat is an unfortunate side-effect of bulking and hopefully I do not gain too much during this stage.
Due to being sick and not eating too well the past few weeks and the fact that I partied late last night probably was not helpful in getting the results I got today.
I am actually still a bit hungover while I was doing my measurements and taking my progress pics.
Hopefully I will get better results next month.
