Notes:

Second month of doing Mad Cow Intermediate. Breaking personal records each week now except for the rows.
This last 4 weeks I have not been eating too well. Just trying to eat as much as I can and somehow not gained much weight!
Gained a bit of body fat where I don’t want but my thighs are getting bigger also from the squats.
I think I need to clean up my diet a bit so I can gain weight but not gain too much body fat in the process.

Doing real well on the lifts though.
Improving my form as it gets heavier. Still learning each session on what works and what doesn’t for me.

Conclusion:
Eat more but eat more cleanly.
Lift heavy!
