New Strength Goals by April 8, 2012:

Squat: 330 lbs 1RM
Bench Press: 251 lbs 1RM
Overhead Press: 157 lbs 1RM
Power Clean: 146 lbs 1RM
Deadlift: 391 lbs 1RM

Not able to achieve any of my last goals. Aimed too high and not realistic enough but came close.
With the 5/3/1 program I am going to be doing I will be gauging my Goals differently this time.
Goals will be to beat my estimated 1RM instead of by achieving weights and reps.

Hoping for a better progress this time around.
