PO Prep #1:
Sit-ups (1 minute): 36
Push-ups: 30 in 40 seconds
1.5 Mile Run: 14m24s
Took it easy on the Sit-ups and Push-ups and still made more than the required reps.
Still need to work on my run time. (12m53s is max time)
Want to be able to run under 12 minutes by the time I actually have to take the test.
