Core are still tight from the hanging leg raises a few days ago.
It is cold and raining and windy outside and was a miserable run.
Almost decided to not go for today’s run but I decided to get the sand out of my vag and be a man!
I couldn’t feel my hands after a couple of laps in the rain!
Also was singing some old USMC Cadence to motivate myself!

Run time has decreased since last weeks session and I think it is due to me not smoking a cig since last Tuesday!
