Was originally planning to push the prowler yesterday but I was more tired than usual.
Maybe I wore myself out from the last lifting session and I also did not get enough proper rest.
Today felt much better than the last time I pushed the prowler doing the same routine.
My knee was still kinda sore before I started but it seems to have stopped even 2 hours afterwards.
