330 lbs Squat Estimated 1RM Goal Achieved! (332lbs est. 1RM Total!)

Achieved the 330 lbs Estimated 1RM for the Squat while doing the 5/3/1 program and even surpassed it by doing a 332 lbs estimated 1RM!

New Goal:

Squat: 346 lbs 1RM by July 22, 2012.
