New Strength Goals by July 22, 2012:
Overhead Press: 160 lbs estimated 1RM
Power Clean: 165 lbs estimated 1RM
Deadlift: 405 lbs estimated 1RM
Bench Press: 260 lbs estimated 1RM
Squat: 340 lbs estimated 1RM
Great to achieve my goals on at least half my lifts this last few weeks since I started 5/3/1 at the beginning of the year.
I even managed to set a PR!
Now slowly increasing my strength goal for the next 15 weeks.
Baby steps …
Can’t get to a 500 lbs estimated 1RM Deadlift without getting 405 first!
