Solid 6 hours of sleep but wish I could have more.
Had to wake-up to pee and could not go back to sleep after that.
Felt decent when I arrived at the gym but I don’t think I had my whole game face on today. (6/10)

First 2 work sets seems to always be too easy so far.
Plan was to do 9 reps on the top set but I just didn’t have it in me today and stopped on the 5th rep.

Definitely weak today as I could only manage to do 5 reps on each one.
