Notes:

About to end the 1st week of Cycle 4 today.
Lifts are going up steadily but not dramatically.
Having issues with not getting enough rest still.

Diet is another issue also.
Not eating clean enough and definitely accumulated some fat in the areas I do not want it to be (damn you spare tire!!!)
But it does look like I am making some gains in some areas that I do want them to be.
Still torn in how I should have my diet as I do want to get cut by summer time but I also do not want to stall too early on my lifts.

Last week of this month I decided to start training again in martial arts and was lucky enough to get trained in my old school near my apartment.
Hopefully it will help me increase my endurance and complement my conditioning with the prowler.
