C5W3D2: 6/6/12

Only able to sleep for 4-5 hours after work today.
Didn’t take any of the White Flood because I didn’t want to have any trouble sleeping after my session.
I did take some BCAA’s before my pre-workout meal of lamb chops and sweet potato hash.
Arrived at the gym not feeling somewhat tired still. (6/10)
I could tell it was going to be a rough session just by my warm-ups.
Almost gave-up and throw the towel by the 4th BBB Deadlift set but managed to man up to finish the whole planned session.

Pre-workout Warm-ups:

Main Lift:

Squat Warm-up Sets:
45 x 10
130 x 5

195 x 3

Work Sets:
225 x 3

290 x 3 (e1RM = 319)

Even though I felt tired today I am at least happy with the squats in general.
Only able to do the bare minimum but at least I was able to make them ALL parallel or lower unlike the last session!
Nothing pisses me off more than less than parallel squats!

Assistance Exercises:

BBB Deadlift:
(50% of Training Max)

185 x (5 x 10)

First 2 rests are 1 minute each, then 2 minutes then 3 minutes.
Fatigued at this point due to not enough sleep.
Almost decided to finish my session after while doing the 4th set!

Hanging Leg Raise (Toes to Bar):

5 x 5

30 second rests between each set.
Had to really push myself for each rep.
Damn I was tired!

Glute Ham Raise:

3 x 5

30 second rest between sets.
Good sets but I was dying.


3 x 5

30 second and 45 second rest between sets.
Stick a fork in me, I am done!
