Conditioning: 6/16/12

So I woke up yesterday at around 6PM and then went to the gym to do my Squat session.
Then I got home and ate dinner and went to do my graveyard shift.
After work I took my dogs for a quick walk then straight to do an hour class of Krav Maga for conditioning.
I keep forgetting to record that I do AMRAP (As many Reps As Possible) Pull/Chin-ups right after class.
I like doing the chin/pull-ups after the class so my body is already warmed-up and broken
