Conditioning: 6/17/12

I was up for around 28-29 hours yesterday!
Seems I tend to do long hauls at least once a week, which sucks but necessary.
Slept for around 7-8 hours then took my dogs for a quick walk and did some conditioning by doing Krav Maga today.
Normally I would lift first then do Krav Maga but I woke up too late and decided to just do my class today and make up the lifting by doing it tomorrow after I drop my son off to school.

Good class today and finished it off with a much controlled AMRAP pull-ups!
