Ate well last night and slept for a good 7-8 hours.
I could have slept longer but somehow my body decided I do not need anymore sleep somehow.
Ate a good pre-training meal and went to the gym feeling great. (9/10)
Good easy session with lighter weights for this cycle’s deload week.
Planned to drag the prowler to and from Krav Maga class right after lifting.
I underestimated the distance and difficulty of doing it and was only able to drag the prowler to class then bummed a ride back home.
Think next time I will just do a MUCH lighter weight when I do such a long prowler drag!

Original plan was to drag the prowler to Krav Maga class then do an hour of Krav Maga then drag it back home.
Underestimated the distance and difficulty and only dragged the prowler to class.
This was VERY difficult to do for me and I wish I used the 35 lb plates instead of the 45 lb plates, live and learn!
I started by dragging the prowler with the shoulder harness.
After a while I switched to pushing it then pulling it and then whatever I can do just to make it to my destination.
I find that it is easier to use the prowler on asphalt than concrete!
I did not have enough energy to drag the prowler back home and bummed a ride instead because I suck!
I did have many random people look at me while using the prowler with various expressions …
Missed the first 5-10 minutes of class due to my miscalculated prowler drag.
It was just warm-ups anyways and I think I have done enough warm-ups with my lifting earlier and the prowler hell!
Great class today though and thoroughly enjoyed it!
