Conditioning: 7/1/12

Krav Maga:
1 hour

Burpee/Pull-up:
1 x 10

Chin-up:
1 x 15

Pull-up:
1 x 10

Decided to skip lifting today and save it for tomorrow so I will be more rested for some heavy squats.
Went to class fasted for over 12 hours and took 4 tabs of BCAA.
Decent session overall and can’t wait to go to the pool on this hot day!
