Notes:

The last 4 weeks I eased up on the strictness of my diet.
More primal than Paleo now.
Reintroduced dairy back by eating some cheese and organic whole milk.
I also slipped a couple cheat meals.

There has been a noticeable difference since last progress review.
More definition can be seen on my abs is one of them.
Still some more body fat to lose in order to get rid of the ones on my obliques.

Still struggling with quitting smoking cigarettes and hoping I succeed this next couple of weeks.
Once I kill this last vice of mine I am sure my progress would sky rocket!

Still, just by looking at the numbers and a quick comparison on the body pics, it can be seen that I am slowly building muscle while melting away the body fat!
Definitely an improvement compared to the Carb/Calorie Cycling I did last year!
And much easier to do also!
