The weights on my lifts are getting at my max, if not already, and will be doing some PRs soon.

Still doing paleo but I have been having a few too many “Dirty Meals” than I have planned.
This definitely shows on the progress this last 4 weeks.
Need to get my diet in order and do some more conditioning, I did not do as much this last 4 weeks, to progress better the next 4 weeks.
