Notes:

I may need to be much more stricter on my diet.
Been taking in a few too many “Dirty Meals” than I should.
This definitely shows on my progress this month.

Also need to increase and keep a steady schedule on my conditioning as I didn’t do much this month.
Debating on adding some intermittent fasting the next 4 weeks to help with the fat loss.
Maybe do something like the Warrior or Renegade Diet but still be paleo.
