Achieved the 340 lbs Estimated 1RM for the Squat while doing the 5/3/1 program and even surpassed it by doing a 341 lbs estimated 1RM!

New e1RM Goal:

Squat: 345 lbs by end of 5/3/1: Cycle 7 ~9/2/12.
