Achieved the 345 lbs Estimated 1RM for the Squat while doing the 5/3/1 program and even surpassed it by doing a 350 lbs actual 1RM!
Also managed a personal record by doing 350 lbs x 1 on the Squat!
New e1RM Goal:
Squat: 355 lbs by end of 5/3/1: Cycle 8 ~10/13/12.
