Notes:

Nothing exemplary to say about my lifts this last 4 weeks.
Just trudging along and making steady gains.

On the diet side I did start Leangains a week after my last progress review.
It was difficult to adjust the first week but it looks like I am getting better at it after a couple weeks in.
Just looking at the numbers it looks like I am shrinking at places where there is most likely be excess fat deposits in my body.
My body fat monitor somehow states I did not lose or gain any body fat but just by looking at my profile pics and the body measurements I think is wrong this time around.

I tend to fast from 16-20 hours due to my work schedule and family responsibilities.
So my eating window varies from 4-8 hours depending on the day.
Right now my goal is to get down to at least 10% body fat so I am cutting before I do a clean bulk in a month or so.
Hoping that by the time I get down to 160-165 lbs (which I think can be reached in 8 more weeks) I reach my goal then start the clean bulk phase.

Would really like to somehow get and maintain 10% body fat or less and around 200 lbs as my ideal physique for myself.
