Rough 4 weeks so far.
Starting to struggle on my lifts.
Also plagued by insufficient rest again which makes my lifts more difficult.
Still cutting and using LeanGains protocol to drop my body fat.
Had a couple days of not so perfect meal days.
Past 4 weeks my body fat went up and down but it looks like I made a very slight progress in the end.
Still debating on eating something pre-workout or do it on a fast.
I’ve done both and had mixed results.
