Conditioning: 11/14/12

Tabata Drills:

Session 1:
Body weight squats
Push-ups
Mountain climbers
Pull-ups

Session 2:
Jump rope

Decided to do some quick conditioning.
Originally was just going to do 1 set of Tabata drills but I didn’t feel it was enough so I did another set with my jump rope.
Hamstrings are all sore from yesterdays session too.
