Conditioning: 11/17/12

Krav Maga (Bag Class):
1 hour

Debated if I should pussy out and sleep after work or do a class.
Good class today and did some tough conditioning before we started hitting the heavy bag.
Body is sore now from yesterday’s lifting and this mornings conditioning.
Definitely need to condition my shins more so I can do better roundhouse kicks with them and not be in pain!
Was planning to do a regular class tomorrow but I think I will make it a recovery day as I am scheduled to do my 1s week squats the following day!
