After being up for ~30 hours yesterday, work then lifting then home stuff, slept for a solid 8 hours!
Almost decided to take a relaxing day but whats the fun in that?!
Walked to class right after I took my son to school and did the Cardio Kickboxing class then a Conditioning class right after.
Surprised how the kickboxing class kicked my ass!
Very fast paced and not much breaks.
Would be much easier if my endurance is better.

The conditioning class was fun but brutal also but had more breather room.
Was thought how to do the “Turkish Get Up”!
Too bad there wasn’t any heavy kettlebells to use in class 😦

Definitely need to do this combo class more often for conditioning purposes.

Walked back home at a slower pace and my body is fatigued and hungry when I got home!
