Notes:

Real rough past 4 weeks.
Insufficient sleep + improper meals led to stalling in all my lifts.
Deloading on all my lifts for Cycle 10 of 5/3/1 which is probably due anyways.
Hoping to learn from my mistakes this whole year and improve even more from there.
(Must eat something before I lift for optimal performance plus eat tons of fatty foods the day before a lifting session!)
Two steps forward, one step back!

Still adapting to LeanGains and I think this last few weeks of it was good.
Can clearly see the difference on my side view profile picture!
This is the first time in years that my waist is smaller than my hips!
So close to my goal of 10% Body Fat before I start my clean bulk cycle.
Would be amazing once I get myself at 10% Body Fat and 200 lbs!
I WILL get there!

Also, when it comes to LeanGains, I am really digging it so far.
