Finally convinced my 10 year old son to do some with me and hoping we can make a routine together with it.
Today was an easy one just doing 5 sets of intervals followed by a Tabata Interval set.
Made-up 6 different movements, so we don’t get bored doing the same movement each interval, to do per interval and just continued on with it until we finished.
It was a good session and we both broke a sweat and had a good time with it.
Plan is to try to do some conditioning with my son 2-3x/week to get him in fitter shape and progressively make it more challenging.
