Tabata Intervals:

Work: 8 x 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds

Movements per Interval:

  • Jump Rope

Total Time: 14 minutes

Another quick session with my son in our living room.
He saw that I had a jump rope and then he showed me that his school gave him a jump rope also!
So we finished with Tabata Jump Ropes trying not to hit each other.
