Pull-ups:

Slept for around 6-7 solid hours last night after being up for 24 hours yesterday.
Really excited to go today and hit the bag heavy bag hard with my shins.
First time using NamMan Muay Liniment!
Applied it to my shins before and after hitting the heavy bag.
Think it helps as my shins seems to like it.
Weird thing is I didn’t seem to hurt as bad hitting the bag with my left shin as opposed to my right shin.
Maybe its a technique issue.

Good session overall and need to find some time to smash my shins again this week!
