Krav Maga:

Time: 45 minutes

Krav Maga: Heavy Bag Class:

Time: 1 hour

Went to class a little early right after work (been up for 15 hours now) to stretch and warm-up.
Was not planning to take the Krav Maga class but someone came in late and needed a partner and my Sensei asked me to help out, so I did.
Took it a bit easy in the regular Krav Maga class as I didn’t want to hurt my partner which was a little young girl.

I did try to give it my 110% in the heavy Bag Class and I think I am improving a little.
Definitely liking the Namman Muay Thai liniment I started using lately.
Think it definitely helps my shins and now going to use it on my other body parts 🙂

One thing to note is that I am still having issues with my left hip and right elbow.
