Notes:

Deloaded my weights on all my lifts at the start of this month and everything is much lighter now.
So I don’t think I will be making any huge accomplishments for a while when it comes to my lifts.
The next couple cycles will be making sure my form and technique are proper for when the weights get heavy again.

My physique on the other hand has been improving since I started Leangains 15 weeks ago!
I am getting slimmer and getting even closer to my goal of 10% Body Fat!
Hoping to reach it within the next 12 weeks so I can start doing a clean bulk.
I do need to figure out how to improve the quality of my progress pics so it can show the definition in my body changes better.

I am also feeling more comfortable again with my serving sizes and meal planning that I stopped counting my calories again.
Even with the holidays here and a few unplanned cheat meals somehow got included, I still managed to lose some unwanted body fat!

I also decided against stopping my fast early before lifting and decided to stay under fast.
Weight is still light enough for now and it seems I am adjusting well enough to fasted training, for now.
I guess I will have to re-evaluate myself in time.
For now, fasted training seems more convenient specially with how my schedule is setup.

This looks like a good way to conclude this year and start the next!
