Had a decent 6-7 hours sleep after a night off from work.
Walked to and from class but forgot to time myself on the way there.
Walked slower on the way back as I was just taking my time fidgeting with my phone.

Good class today doing some nice conditioning drills then worked on strike combos.
Can’t wait to get my gear with-in a week and hopefully start sparring … and maybe sneak in a Muay Thai class and BJJ alternately at least once a week.
