Conditioning: 1/23/13

Muay Thai:

Time: 1 hour

2nd time doing Muay Thai and really enjoying it.
My right big toe and right ankle had a little sprain due to getting hit the wrong way due to my mistake while sparring last week.
I should have wrapped and taped it and realized later on that I aggravated it a bit.
Didn’t spar today but that was fine with me as my energy level tonight was not great like it was last week.

Great class overall and I enjoy learning all this new stuff.
Right now I suck but in time I am sure I will improve!
