Conditioning: 1/30/13

Muay Thai:

Time: 1 hour

Still suffering from a slight sprain on my right big toe and ankle so made sure to tape it this time.
Taping it helped and maybe I should start doing it to my wrist also as they are starting to act up a bit.
Good session so far even though I was a little tired.
Was up for almost 24 hours then took a 2 hour nap before class.
Sparred for the 2nd time in a long time and definitely not at 100% fighting capacity.
Specially due to my injuries.
I will get there in time.
