Conditioning: 3/16/13

Heavy Bag Class (w/ Intermittent Training Mask Use):

Time: 1 hour

Decided to skip the Krav Maga class to just warm-up and stretch for the heavy bag class today.
Decided to use my new tool for conditioning, my new Elevation Training Mask!
Didn’t use it for the whole class but it was fun to use, definitely had some people asking what the hell am I using and why!
Used the mask for first 1/2 of the conditioning drill then the 1st 1/2 of the Bag Drills.
Was rough when it was on but I somehow felt FUCKING SUPERHUMAN when I was doing the last 1/2 of the drills with it off!
Think I am going to enjoy incorporating the training mask to my training!
