Conditioning: 3/23/13

Krav Maga w/ Training Mask:

Time: 1 hour
Training Mask Setting: 3000 ft

Heavy Bag Class w/ Training Mask:

Time: 1 Hour
Training Mask Setting: 3000 ft

Feeling good as I finished work and went to class early.
Decided to attempt to use the training mask for as long as I can today.
Used it at most of the Krav Maga Class and 1/2 of the Heavy Bag Class.
Still not able to use it the whole hour so will keep to lowest setting until I can.
No rush acclimatizing myself.

Good overall class.
Also used the Glycofuse again and I think it hit me real good as we did the conditioning portion of the Heavy Bag Class.
Suppose to do 100 Push-ups, Sit-ups, Body Squats and Dips each in 15 minutes.
I finished early enough and was still charged that I decided to do 10 more of each and still had time to take a water break!

Think this Glycofuse is going to be my new training crack!
