Notes:

4 weeks since I started my journey with Carb backloading and making a steady progress so far.
Last night I actually had a rare moment to take my wife out for dinner and ate some extra carbs that I was not supposed to.
Numbers would probably be better if not for that.
Also, I was not doing as much conditioning the first few weeks due to not wanting to push myself too hard after recovering from illness.
Next 4 weeks should be better now that I am back in the game, deloading my training max and just have a general better idea of how to progress.

Still a decent progress despite the obstacles and managed to gain a little weight while lost some body fat!
Really want to slowly bulk up a bit though and still get leaner …

Like I said earlier, finally decided to deload the training max of my lifts after finding out the hard way that I should.
Dropping the ego is really important if I want to progress even more in the future!

Overall a good start for a new adventure!
