Conditioning: 4/3/13

Muay Thai:

Time: 1 hour

1st time doing Muay Thai since I got sick over a month ago.
Good class but I feel like I still suck lol.
But I think my endurance improved a bit since last time I did the class.
I did use some Glycofuse as part of my Intra-training drink.
It has become my new training crack …

I didn’t use my training mask tonight as I didn’t think I was up to using it yet for Muay Thai.
Maybe next time …
