Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Have the night later today so after work I was debating if I should do Krav Maga in the Afternoon or take a nap and do Muay Thai later tonight.
Decided to do Krav Maga a couple hours after work even though I was not feeling that great. (5/10)
Took my Pre and sipped my Intra and started feeling UBER as I did the class!
Great class overall and shows that you can have a great day even when you feel like crap before you started!
