Sled Drag:

Distance: 1 mile
Time: 21m 59.23s
Weight: 60 lbs Sled + 50 lbs

Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Sled Drag:

Distance: 1 mile
Time: 21m 48.94s
Weight: 60 lbs Sled + 50 lbs

Was feeling good so decided to drag my sled to class.
Did not use the mask this time though.
Felt awesome the whole time until I finished dragging it back home and felt exhausted!
